It's another beautiful day to stop using Photoshop, as Adobe continue being utter bastards!

There's so very many alternatives but after 25 years of using PS I didn't like any of them enough, I just wanted to edit my photos and scanned paintings, not learn a new system... And I've been very happy with Affinity! I kept meaning to watch even one tutorial but never did. It just worked intuitively enough, and with but one two digit purchase of the program forever.
The RAW editing is also nice enough that now I only use one program instead of another one for that.

Sorry not been posting much lately, been spending time in the great outdoors quite a bit but not so much taking photos. Trying to regain mojo just now. A red fox at golden hour with zero seconds of wait time! She was at my usual stake out location when I arrived. The La Plata Mountains in early spring last year for this #MountainMonday.

It's kinda funny and sour being a #Linux advocate for such a long time, yet running a dual boot system and getting bullied to boot Wincrap most of the time as gamer and hobby 3D artist.

With 10 going out this year, it was time to be serious, approaching two weeks #Fedora only, #Proton be praised.

Just wish software like #AffinityPhoto had a heart to get out a native Linux version, running that over WINE is NASTY.
