This morning's quake off of the Island. Very normal to have these out there. They occur quite often, a few times a year. They are generally not felt nor do they produce any Tsunamis. Just regular activity.

Wind warnings issued for the east and west coasts of the Island plus Victoria. North Coast and Inland not currently included.

Ferry Cancellations possible.

Increasing clouds today and tomorrow, high today around 4, high tomorrow around 6. Warming to closer to 8 by Sunday. Rain showers begin tomorrow night. Some snow may mix in early Sat and on hilltops during the day.

Today the universe gave me a gift so I paid it forward.

I received a text from a kind person reaching out to let me know my package was delivered to their building by mistake. When I called the company to let them know what happened, they said they wouldn’t charge me again after already giving me a refund.

I sent the kind person a gift card. It’s treacherous out there + they didn’t have to walk over to me.
