Gary<p>The speed of this thing for a head of that size is just unreal. The printer has anti vibration feet so it’s visually wobbly n all over the place. </p><p><a href="https://mstdn.games/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a><br><a href="https://mstdn.games/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <br><a href="https://mstdn.games/tags/H2D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>H2D</span></a></p>
Gary<p>Got the H2D all set up and printing. This is going to make producing some of the things I sell _much_ faster. 10 seconds for a color swap when only using 2 colors. That means I can even expand the things I sell I now as they’re more feasible. </p><p>It is enormous, but there was a space ready for it. </p><p><a href="https://mstdn.games/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <br><a href="https://mstdn.games/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> <br><a href="https://mstdn.games/tags/H2D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>H2D</span></a></p>

Только имейте в виду, что P1S будет громче, чем A1 если вы не будете его моддить.</p><p><a href="https://lor.sh/tags/3D" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3D</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/printing" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>printing</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/DIY" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>DIY</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/log" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>log</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/sale" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>sale</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/P1S" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>P1S</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/hardware" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>hardware</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/deals" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>deals</span></a> <a href="https://lor.sh/tags/pic" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pic</span></a></p>
xro<p>I did a quick 20min <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/3dprint" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprint</span></a> for a part in PCTG. The filament did not stick to the printbed, but accumulated as one big blob around the heater and flowed into all it's crevices. Thanks for nothing, <a href="https://chaos.social/tags/Bambulab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Bambulab</span></a> Firmware that is supposed to prevent this. 😑</p><p>I managed to clean most of it away over several hours, by disassembling the heater and carefully heating it with a hot air gun to about 130°C l, turning the plastic maleable.</p><p>It's printing again 💪 but I have also ordered a replacement part.</p>

Nefarious Aryq<p>Printed this for hubs’ mom. The “dirt” is a spring which allows the flower to slightly “bounce”. The pot was printed with the “fuzzy skin” option enabled which gives it a really cool texture. The flower and stem are both threaded, and there are multiple variations. Flower and stem are both Bambu PLA Basic (Sunflower and Mistletoe), the pot is Cookiecad Elixir PLA Witches Blue, and the “dirt” which you can’t really see is Bambu PLA Sparkle Onyx Black.</p><p><a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/3DPrint" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrint</span></a> <a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/BambuLabP1S" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLabP1S</span></a></p>

Brandon Bennett<p>There is a some big misinformation on BambuLabs that I have seen and even Bambu themselves is propagating it.</p><p>There is this idea that LAN connections and LAN mode is insecure. Bambu in early 2023 in one of the very first updates for the X1C added and required TLS support MQTT (i.e MQTTS), HTTP (i.e HTTPS), and FTP (i.e FTPS).</p><p>So communication to your printer on LAN mode already uses the same security that you use to access your bank accounts but also is already authenticated with the access token generated from the printer.</p><p>Bambu has continue to lie and say that LAN connections are insecure but they solved this problem 2 years ago.</p><p>They also made it well documented.</p><p><a href="https://github.com/Doridian/OpenBambuAPI" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">github.com/Doridian/OpenBambuA</span><span class="invisible">PI</span></a></p><p><a href="https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/manual/X1-X1C-AMS-firmware-release-history" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">wiki.bambulab.com/en/x1/manual</span><span class="invisible">/X1-X1C-AMS-firmware-release-history</span></a> (<a href="https://archive.is/gwqDt" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">archive.is/gwqDt</span><span class="invisible"></span></a>)</p><p><a href="https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/security-incidents-cloud-traffic" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">wiki.bambulab.com/en/security-</span><span class="invisible">incidents-cloud-traffic</span></a> (<a href="https://archive.is/U1YNN" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">archive.is/U1YNN</span><span class="invisible"></span></a>)</p><p><a href="https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/bbl-security" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="ellipsis">wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/b</span><span class="invisible">bl-security</span></a> (<a href="https://archive.is/QMGDM" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">archive.is/QMGDM</span><span class="invisible"></span></a>)</p><p><a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/bambulab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>bambulab</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/3dprinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3dprinting</span></a> <a href="https://hachyderm.io/tags/enshitification" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>enshitification</span></a></p>
Nefarious Aryq<p>I finally wrangled Home Assistant into sending me status updates for my 3D prints with a snapshot from the printer’s camera. The idea came from a guy on Reddit, but I’ve modified it a bit (and need to tweak it further). It gives me updates at layer #3 (to make sure bed adhesion is good), then again at 50%, 75%, and at completion.</p><p>[Ignore the 50% vs 51% discrepancy- this was a bug in the original script which I’ve already fixed.]</p><p><a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/3DPrinting" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>3DPrinting</span></a> <a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/HomeAssistant" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>HomeAssistant</span></a> <a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/BambuLab" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLab</span></a> <a href="https://hoosier.social/tags/BambuLabP1S" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>BambuLabP1S</span></a></p>
