kelbot ◖⎚∠⎚◗<p>Oh yeah, this is working quite nicely.<br><a href="https://retro.social/tags/Beepy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Beepy</span></a></p>
kelbot ◖⎚∠⎚◗<p>I'm also wondering how hard it would be to get the <a href="https://retro.social/tags/Beepy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Beepy</span></a> hardware working with the MangoPi MQ Pro running armbian.</p>

Probably more work than I, personally, am willing to do but having a read only file-system so I can just flick the switch to save power while it's in my pocket would be nice.</p>

Matt Gauger<p>Well, this is interesting. Lilygo has a LoraWan communicator with a little BlackBerry-style keyboard and a screen, running a <a href="https://mastodon.xyz/tags/esp32" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>esp32</span></a> for cpu+wifi+bt. Not as capable as a <a href="https://mastodon.xyz/tags/beepy" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>beepy</span></a> but I’m curious to try one all the same. <br><a href="https://www.tindie.com/products/lilygo/lilygo-t-deck-esp32-s3-lora-module-28-inch-lcd/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://www.</span><span class="ellipsis">tindie.com/products/lilygo/lil</span><span class="invisible">ygo-t-deck-esp32-s3-lora-module-28-inch-lcd/</span></a><br><a href="https://mastodon.xyz/tags/lora" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>lora</span></a></p>

Felicitas Pojtinger 🌅<p>Honestly, I don't think there is a better way to read your morning news than in Links on a memory LCD.
