In Monday's 2nd lawsuit, another male accuser said he was a 17-yr-old auditioning for the reality TV show "Making the Band" when #SeanCombs & a bodyguard sexually assaulted him in 2008.

Combs, 54, has also pleaded not guilty to #criminal #SexTrafficking charges in federal court in Manhattan, where he faces #felony counts of #racketeering #conspiracy, sex trafficking & transportation to engage in prostitution.

“Her name was … whoever. Let’s see. Her name … was who?” #Trump leaned back so his lawyer, Alina Habba, could feed him the answer.

Though a [douche bag #misogynist #racist] judge initially dismissed the #teen’s claims that the city improperly supervised Vicknair, he reversed his decision after a #WasPo investigation revealed #NOPD’s top ofcl at the time, Shaun Ferguson, had been texted about “potential #SexualAbuse of a #minor by an officer” 5 days before Vicknair LOCKED NICOLE IN HIS TRUCK & SEXUALLY ASSAULTED HER.

“Growing up, you’re taught in schools ‘officers are always there to help,’” Nicole testified. “The trust that I had has been taken away from me.”

Much of the 3-day trial centered on the steps #police leaders took — & didn’t take — after learning of concerns about #Vicknair’s behavior.

When she had a serious kidney #infection, she said, she avoided going to the #hospital because that was where Vicknair began grooming her. Though she once wanted #children of her own, she no longer feels equipped to be a #parent because she is #afraid she won’t be able to keep her kids safe.

#RodneyVicknair, who died in prison earlier [] this year, spent months grooming the #teen after being dispatched to her home for a #SexualAssault investigation when she was 14.

This year, #ChrystulKizer agreed to plead guilty to a reduced charge of #SecondDegree #RecklessHomicide w/a dangerous #weapon, which carried a max of 30 yrs.

Advocates said Kizer’s case marked the 1st time a #Wisconsin court had allowed a defendant who was a #SexTrafficking victim to use an “#AffirmativeDefense” for a #homicide charge.

#ChrystulKizer will ultimately not serve the full 11 yrs in prison, after #Kenosha County Judge David P. Wilk ruled she had already served >1½ yrs.

Kizer, now 24, initially faced a possible life sentence for shooting 34-yr-old Randall Volar III when she was 17 yrs-old. Volar, who was White, had been #filming his #SexualAbuse of Kizer, who is Black, for >1 yr.
