One thing is, on BoardGameGeek it is rated a 7.9 and is top 300 overall but I NEVER see anyone talk about it. What's up with that? Jens FinkhäuserLiving Forest is a pretty nice <a href="https://social.finkhaeuser.de/tags/boardgame" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#boardgame</a> , but it has two flaws.The first is that the setup is amongst the longest in our collection. That makes it difficult for kids.The second is that out of the three ways to win, one is nearly always the easiest, and the other is always the hardest.The first issue is one can work around.The second means the game's relative complexity isn't matched by a richness of available tactics, and it feels unbalanced. That makes me sad.I still like it.
