I was never a massively social person, but I did like to take trips to Zoos, Farms, Historical Sites (like Castles!), etc.</p><p>A lot of that I can't do anymore, either on my own or at all (Most castles in the UK, for instance, are ruins that have to be clambered around to fully appreciate)</p><p>I've not only lost the life that I had before, I've also lost my independence. I can rarely, if ever, drive (had to sell my car a month or so ago, after having not used it since September), I can't leave the house on my own, I certainly can't walk anywhere further than my driveway, etc.</p><p>Writing tis is taking away a lot of my energy for the day, but it's stuff that I feel like needs to be shared.
