Cornelius Flynn<p>When I first installed Linux at home (Slackware, 1993) for University Unix work/compatibility I had to buy an extra 4MB (yes, MEGA BYTES) of RAM to run it on my PC taking it to a massive 8MB of RAM, with a 150MB Hard Drive, and 3.5” floppy disks for backups.
