The tattoo in the title is the <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/brain" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#brain</a> bleed (aka <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/ARIA" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ARIA</a>) that occurred while in <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/clinicaltrials" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#clinicaltrials</a> related to anti-<a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/amyloid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#amyloid</a> drugs. He has no regrets & would do it all over again if it might advance brain science & help in the effort to <a href="https://mastodon.world/tags/ENDALZ" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#ENDALZ</a>.
