Excerpt: With Trump vowing to begin enacting the largest mass deportation operation in U.S. history, Mexican Interior Secretary Rosa Icela Rodríguez Velázquez said that while the Mexican government does not agree with such actions, "we will receive them and give them access to Mexico's welfare programs."

These would include access to health services for them and their families, transport to their home countries and access to telephone communications, according to Rodríguez Velázquez, as well as any other services offered by Mexico's Social Security Institute.
