A storm went through and it's really cool at 65F/18C. One of the good things about him is he doesn't mind going out in the rain. Speaking of rain, hydrangea really looks good with raindrops.
Feels a bit of a cheat for #MacroMonday, when it was actually just a close focused shot with a 70-300mm - but a small subject all the same. An Anise Swallotail. #Butterfly #Nature #FujiFilm #XT5
#Mondog mood...
I worked today as usual, the traffic was light, and I remembered NOT to check my mail box.
Kengo is sulky...
Have a good week, everyone.
I didn't feel like going out this morning, but I put my 'dad' hat on for my buddy in the afternoon. The temperature was mild but it felt hot (it always does in this park) and Kengo was hassling because he was close to the hot paved path. He had a surprise encounter with a 'deer.'

The bird song at Las Gallinas this morning was mainly Marsh Wrens and Red-winged Blackbirds - but for shear volume the Great-tailed Grackle gets the top prize! #Birds #Photography #BirdPhotography #FujiFilm #XT5 #Nature

Starting at 59F/15C, I did wear a long-sleeve this refreshing morning. More people and dogs were out but two unleased dogs on a narrow trail...SMH.

#TGIF Since I took Thursday off, I didn't have a good sense of time all day, thinking it's Monday a few times. It's nice to have a shorter week sometime.
No reason for B&W, just felt like it. Another tiny spider was caught on a hydrangea. A little thing, but it's a nice feeling to be around nature.
Have a good restful evening and a great weekend ahead. (I work on Memorial Day, so don't say 'a long weekend' to me.)
