Some residents of one of the wealthiest enclaves in Australia may choose to sell their multimillion dollar homes & buy other multimillion dollar homes in other wealthy enclaves, because the State government (evil! socialists! remember Dan 🙀) has identified areas around key transport hubs as suitable for higher density housing.

This is what governance looks like, folks. A posture of ‘I’ve got all my nice things & everyone else can get forked’ just makes you look like a dink.

Wie das?

1. die #Einnahmen können schwanken* und sind von Markt-Trends abhängig, somit hängt die Stadt in dem Wettlauf um immer aggressivere #Werbung mit drin -

2. Entscheidungsspielräume verengen sich durch die langen Vertragslaufzeiten, die die Stadtgestaltung über meherer Legislatur-Perioden festlegen.

Das ist ein ernstzunehmendes #Governance / #Demokratiedefizit-Problem.
