Therefore, in accordance with the principle of non-retrogression, they are presumed to be prohibited under <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/UNCRPD" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>UNCRPD</span></a>, <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/ICESCR" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ICESCR</span></a> and <a href="https://mstdn.social/tags/UNCRC" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>UNCRC</span></a>.
