Mycotropic<p>Given the propensity of folks these days to brutalize one another; Palestine, Hamas, cops on US college campuses, perhaps we should all watch this movie together and adjust our behaviors and thinking. </p><p><a href="https://beige.party/tags/Testimonies" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Testimonies</span></a> is a film by <a href="https://beige.party/tags/IdoSella" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>IdoSella</span></a> that was shown at the <a href="https://beige.party/tags/Brookline" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Brookline</span></a> <a href="https://beige.party/tags/JewishFilmFestival" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>JewishFilmFestival</span></a> back in the 90's which I attended and remembered. The film takes footage of horrific behaviors on the part of IDF soldiers during the Intifada and shows these films to the soldiers doing the brutalizing. The filmmaker then interviews the soldiers and asks them to discuss what they were thinking when they took these actions and how it affected them since.</p><p>Incredibly powerful and it should remind us of what all of these people will experience when they look back at their actions today.
