Late lunch on a day off, enjoying a multi-prog 2000 AD catch up reading session. Sneak peek at upcoming Prog 2410 has me giggling as Mike Owen Carroll & Ben Willsher sneak multiple references into a pile of old droids in a scrapyard in the Dredd strip.

So far I've spotted the Giant Robot from Who, Metal Mickey(!), Tweeky, Lost in Space robot, Hoagy, a Cyberman & VINCENT

Mega-City Zero is a weird comic that I can't bring myself to recommend top anybody.

I think I get what it was going for, but the narrative is vague, the explanations confusing and incoherent, and the stuff about Internet culture, while intricately considered, never actually goes anywhere, and ultimately feels like a distraction when it was supposed to be central to the story.

Day off, but it's a wet, grey day, the type where you open the curtains & the room doesn't actually get any lighter.
