How do I combine/merge a bunch of KML polygons into a single polygon/boundary? Other than doing it manually of course.

Hoping a Wales KML is forthcoming. #Menhirs of #France was fun researching via #GoogleEarth, #photography, and online resources. #StandingStones are such precise #placemarks.
