Über ePetition ist der Bundestag verpflichtet sich bei entsprechender Anzahl Unterschriften mit der Petition zu beschäftigen. Bei externen Plattformen gibt es Umwege, wie es zum Bundestag gelangt. Diese Woche einigte sich die <a href="https://bewegung.social/tags/Ampelkoalition" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Ampelkoalition</a> , nächste Woche soll die Verschärfung im <a href="https://bewegung.social/tags/Bundestag" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#Bundestag</a> beschlossen werden. Damit wird das Register deutlich aussagekräftiger, Lücken werden geschlossen. 🎉 Für uns ein Anlass zur Freude! Zuletzt gab es noch viel Druck von verschiedenen Lobbygruppen, die geplanten Verschärfungen wieder aufzuweichen. Der nun vorliegende Gesetzentwurf zeigt jedoch: Im Kern hat die Ampelkoalition viele unserer Forderungen aufgegriffen - und dem Druck standgehalten. Weiterhin fehlt die im Koalitionsvertrag der Ampel angekündigte Lobby-Fußspur für Gesetze, inklusive der verpflichtenden Offenlegung von Lobbytreffen durch die Bundesregierung.
