The only way Congress will ever act on guns is if everything gets disrupted and they have no choice. A national student/teacher boycott that closes schools for a few weeks would completely nuke the GOP's belligerent recalcitrance. I don't care about random consequences. There always are some. We know the consequences of doing nothing but bloviating about gun culture run amok.</p>
