Western ExposureOn mark-making: I'd been wanting to make some pattern stamps and was trying to find the right material. Then my wellington boots started to crack ... Turns out that rubber is perfect. nikkianaSomething that's just as much of my art practice as creating art is taking the time to watch other creative people create their art. While I have mixed feelings about filming my own process at this point, I am deeply grateful for the people who have chosen to do this because I find it so incredibly enriching to see how others approach things, and I find that I'm constantly finding little ideas from the things I've seen other people do that trickle into my own work.
