Meeteetsee Trail Rd. to Face of the Mtn. trail today, about 12K hike from 1680m start, to 2nd stream crossing 2050m. Too much deep slush beyond that. 8C and lite NE breeze, cooler today than yest.

Before the clouds rolled in, Shylo took advantage of the sunshine on a record-breaking 79° day in Billings! When she got up to eat, I also took advantage and made a footstool out of her cat seat. You chews, you lose. She found another sunbeam. All was well.
We had 73 wonderful Wednesday degrees, and it was our warmest day since October! Thursday will be warmer, but winter wants its encore, too!
