Since we finished #MythicQuest we're more watching the #SideQuest anthology. The episode about the cellist. Oof.
I play (or rather I used to play and now I keep meaning to get back to playing) the #cello myself and I've seen exactly what the woman in that episode went through. So many excellent musicians that I once knew had nervous breakdowns and lost the music.

Having finally gotten around to seeing it, the new "Mythic Quest" ending is right up there with the tacked-on "Star Trek: Discovery" epilogue as among the most unnecessary revised endings in recent memory.
Just days after the Season 4 finale, Apple TV+ has cancelled "Mythic Quest". As the finale was not conceived as an ending to the show, the episode will be updated next week to give fans closure.
This is wild. Sad to see Mythic Quest go but this updating the last episode also makes me sad.
Congrats to Mythic Quest for daring Apple to make a new season.

Rewatching #MythicQuest. Reached season two episodes 6 and 7, “Backstory!” and “Peter”, which take one of the absolute worst characters (as people. As a *character* they are one of the best) on the entire show and really manage to pull *all* our heartstrings with them. Great, great stuff.

Anyway, we just watched the Pandemic episode (S01E10) and it was sooooo good! Joyous and funny and a bit heartwarming. Loved it.
The third season of #MythicQuest does not have the magic of the first two seasons. Pains me to say this.
