("Internet Service Provider" is the company you pay for internet usually, plus middlemen afaik.) e.g. MullPad VPN can reduce digital breadcrumbs of 'metadata' (stuff like when and where you access certain sites from).Try Next DNS. It can block a lot more random cookies and crap, especially spyware. Malware includes ransomware, stuff that steals your resources to run bot farms etc. Add, correct, rephrase, suggest, etc anything you want.
