Daniil Baturin
I really hope that mainstream support for OpenVPN DCO will make it more popular than WireGuard.
I understand that WireGuard got popular because it was kernel-mode and thus fast.
But it's a pain. Trying to find a settings mismatch is annoying. A broken connection can appear up.
Auto-configuring clients is just not there.
OpenVPN has it all built-in. House Panther :verified_paw:
I’m still trying to figure out what is causing these completely random slowdowns to my VPS. It happens several times a day at unpredictable times. Even when I call tech support, I magically get blamed. I’ve disabled checksum offloading. Thoughts on increasing the MTU of the tunnel interface to jumbo frame sizes?
#networking
