Denn es ist eine der schönsten Lobpreisungen einer Konzertkonserve, die ich je gelesen habe: über einen Auftritt von Nick Cave and The Bad Seeds – 2024 in Paris – seit einigen Tagen schon als Aufzeichnung zum Abruf bei ARTE.

Friday 16th February, 2024 Jr. I missed Dinosaur Junior when they last toured Australia in 2017 so when the new tour was announced I jumped at the chance. My standard routine is to get in early so I can choose where to view bands playing. The support was Stepmother, who I'd never heard before. The preparation required to be this close to a wall of Marshall amplifiers is not to be underestimated. So I went with +5 level inserts plus some Peltor H10A 290 ear muffs. Did I need them? #NewMusic album for today was shared by #NickCave on the platform previously known as #Twitter.

However, this #Ambient #ElectronicMusic #artwork of his bandmate #GeorgeVjestica in collaboration with #DanDonovan under the music duo name of #ANDROMEDÆ is not receiving that much traction despite this major celebrity boost.

This probably shows perhaps that the old Twitter platform has become a ridiculous battleground of bots fighting each other for meaningless attention. 🤦‍♂️

His novel And the Ass Saw the Angel was an international bestseller, Time Out's Book of the Year, and was reissued in the Penguin Essential series. His second novel The Death of Bunny Monroe was published in 2009. He lives in Brighton with his wife and two children.
