I do not get it. Why should I (or my institution) pay for this? Why isn't it possible to read the normal PDFs online? Why do they put the cut out figures into their PDFs?Why this small font?
I guess the idea is that they want to sell the physical book to me. But I have a complete room full of books. I do not want any further paper books. I want nice looking searchable PDFs on my hard disk.
And why can't I download the book in one go? is really unsexy as a publisher.
