Because it would be a follow-the-money investigation and #PostMedia, a Republican ally, wants #PP in power. @Sanderde #Con coffers must be rewarding him handsomely or they’ve arranged to fast track his pension payments. There’s definitely some behind-the-scenes arrangements in place. And given our #CdnMedia is 2/3 owned by an American billionaire, #AnthonyMelchiorre, who has close ties to Republicans, there is no interest in advocating for Canadians. The Republican Party wants #PeePee to win as he’s prepared to kiss the ring.

Imagine how depressed he’s going to be when he has to pay his own bills, mow his own lawn, cook his own food and care for his own children without the help of nannies, chauffeurs, grounds-people and a 19 room mansion paid for by taxpayers?

@MostlyHarmless And even more poignant in #PeePee is that he’s never held a real job. He’s always been a politician. That’s not to say that a politician doesn’t work. But most politicians have held a job other than one of politician. And the other real tragedy to #PP is that he will lose his 19-room mansion paid for by the taxpayers. He will actually have to pay his own bills now, cut his own grass, drive his own car and get rid of all those nannies. However, will he survive?
