I'm happy with the result of the traveling work bench I created. it started as a $6 stool found at a yard sale. (I forgot to take a "before" picture but the second picture shows the stool after I sanded it.) I stained it, coated with a rub on polyurethane and topped the surface with spar. I then cut two leather panels that velcro to the upper and lower leg supports on the sides and festooned these with loops and pockets to hold tools. A cutting board, poundo board and thick working board rest on the work surface to fulfill any need. The bench top is 9" by 17.5". A fold up camp stool I made a few years ago is the perfect height for seating. It is light enough to lift with one arm, fully loaded.. Do you own a #portable #PhotoPrinter & if you do - can you please tell me if it works well for you & the make/model? I may be looking at obtaining one for work purposes but have never used any before. I don't want to blow money on buying anything that doesn't really work well. Must be able to power up with USB for when I'm off-grid/on the road.

This is a screen capture of KDE Connect on one of my Androids.

As you can clearly see my LAN has quite an amount of devices. All of these devices are being used by me.
They have specific purposes which makes my Android experience along with my Computing experience versatile and efficient.

I did not know how important KDE connect was for me. When I learned about it, I knew that it doesn't just enrich what I can do

KDE Connect is not a gimmick where I can control a Media Player, without any network connectivity by itself, from any of my KDE Connect devices. Many different functions can be handled smoothly without any problems, with the highest Speed that my wLAN can deliver from the point of my view of the LAN routers I have in my network.

Right now I'm using a wLAN router that is portable. This enables me to have the most efficient data transfer Speed between the devices I have on me without any snooping from any Big Company.

Microsoft will release a portable Xbox with ROG later this year. It will run a cut down version of windows 11. Your thoughts?

UPDATE OF THE UPDATE!

Folks! I have updated my modified #ThonnyIDE #portable for #Windows with #py5 pre-installed, updating py5 to v.0.10.6a, which uses jpype 1.5.2 and I think will solve the nasty non-ASCII path issues, yay!

Would someone on Windows like to help me test it?

Bonjour,

"Hot Sauce Feedback"

Another experiment in #minimalist #ambient #music with the portable #Behringer #Neutron. The built in delay & distortion built into it helps a lot, I don't have to carry much to make complete tracks. Sequenced from the #Korg SQ1. Recorded in the great outdoors directly to a Tascam digital recorder. Great North Carolina weather recently, so these sessions are doubly enjoyable.

Continued thread

It is all running off of a battery pack that puts out 12V. This is then converted to -12, +12 and 5V by the case power supply board/bus. I pull the 5V for the USB from that bus. And I can leave the cables plugged in and still close the lid. Very convenient and portable. Got a pouch for extra cables and adapters.

Moved the kick to clear the output board, and moved my disting mk4 from my system100m to this lunchbox as I was not using it (was mounted sideways, hard to read the display). Downside is I can no longer fit my dual EG/VCA, need 5hp got 4hp left. Got a USB port installed at the top to power my IKEA LED lamp. Just got to reinstall my ring modulator in the 1U space left, but thinking of moving it to the bottom and moving mix-B to top, maybe? #eurorack #modular #battery #portable #synth #music
