It made best use of my <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/skills" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>skills</span></a> but there's no guarantee of the next <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/contract" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>contract</span></a>. Even if likely you'll get another you can'tbe sure. Approaching 60 I realised that the risk was high as a different <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/job" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>job</span></a> would be hard to get. <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/Ageism" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Ageism</span></a> is rife in <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/employment" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>employment</span></a>. So, I took a permanent lower <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/pay" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>pay</span></a> role for <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/financial" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>financial</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.scot/tags/security" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>security</span></a>.
