Hebrew by Inbal<p>Growing up in Israel, Shabbat has always been a central part of life, each family &amp; individual with their own unique way of observing this special day. I personally loved the diversity in celebration and the various interpretations of rest and reflection</p><p>In my own experience, In Israel - the spectrum ranges widely. Some go to the local synagogue. Others, cherish this day spent with family, where work and daily distractions are set aside to focus on togetherness and sharing</p><p>For many, Shabbat is also a time for personal tranquility and recharging. It's a day when the world seems to slow down. Shabbat always feels like a weekly unifying thread, a collective breath everyone takes regardless of how they choose to spend it. It’s one of those aspects of Israeli life that beautifully illustrates the complexity and richness of our culture.</p><p>How about you? I’d love to hear how you spend your Shabbat.
