To the Spanish speakers here that also know English, and fellow students, do we know if “hasta” and “a” are truly interchangeable when it comes to going somewhere? I haven’t yet found any explanation for these similar words.

Let's call two different tenses pretérito indefinido and pretérito imperfecto, that's definitely not easily confused aaaaaaaaa

I'm not even sure in what sense the indefinite is supposed to be indefinite. "hablé con mis amigas" is a finished action (unlike "hablaba con mis amigas", which I don't think has to be finished?) so surely it's *not* continuing indefinitely?

Argh, Spanish adjectives! Sometimes they need to agree in gender and plurality with the noun, but not always...
