However, having been in several successive iterations of this cycle and heard the same specific, narrow complaint focus aimed at other <a href="https://c.im/tags/evolution" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>evolution</span></a>-driven innovation that came & went, you can imagine that watching people bump around the perimeter of the problem again, while ignoring the causal upstream sources in the <a href="https://c.im/tags/system" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>system</span></a> is a growing frustration.</p><p>The <a href="https://c.im/tags/media" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>media</span></a> plays the same role, whether it's describing the Wall St narrative excuse for the latest boom & bust, or telling us what the latest economic, <a href="https://c.im/tags/political" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>political</span></a>, or cultural <a href="https://c.im/tags/fear" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>fear</span></a> de jour we should be consumed by.</p><p>The same natural laws that make <a href="https://c.im/tags/disinformation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>disinformation</span></a> impossible to contain & counter with corrections also work to ensure that any scheme for "redistribution" of <a href="https://c.im/tags/surplus" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>surplus</span></a> in an organization will meet the same fate.</p><p>All complex adaptive systems will go through a phase change & irreversible structural <a href="https://c.im/tags/reorg" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>reorg</span></a> when internal imbalances exceed the requirements for a pareto-optimal type harmony.</p><p>If the enemy brings tanks to your infantry battle, you had better change tactics -which will now include tanks, btw.</p>
