Llevo practicando taichí 7 años y soy guía de mi clase, o sea, que me pongo delante y las compas me siguen.
Tengo conocimientos suficientes como para empezar a ser profe de taichí, pero la gracia está en encontrar alumnado.
Me interesan muchos temas y me gusta sentarme a que me cuenten movidas de todo tipo. Así que estaré encantada de seguir cuentas divulgativas.
Luego todo lo que lea me inspira para más historias, así que es el cuento de nunca acabar, nunca mejor dicho.
Tengo treintamuchos. soy asexual arromántica y me estoy planteando que puede que también autista.

Now that it’s warmer, I’ve been able to get to the dojo with my husband and watch the tai chi class.
The last time I went was two weeks ago and I could only sit and watch. Tonight I totally surprised myself and was able to do the full Yang style 40 form before sitting down!
I’ve been on the new meds for three weeks now. Definitely less fatigue and more energy

Tonight is my first night back teaching Tai Chi since our customary winter break. Very much looking forward to seeing familiar faces again, and some new ones for the first time.
Then tomorrow morning, I'm back teaching the seniors, which I'm equally psyched for.

1) Last #Aikido training before my surgery was perfect.
2) Instructor suggested a #TaiChi #Taiji school as an alternative for the last 4 1/2 months when I can move but do not want to reinjure my biceps tendon.
3) Freshly roasted Japanese sweet potatoes when they are all caramelize and also a little salty. #FTW, every time.
The voice of realism re the #chiropractic question: we can’t really afford out-of-pocket care for my back pain right now. Not until we’ve sold the farm and downsized or I’ve got some income again.
The good news is: much of the advice I’m finding about managing pain points to lifestyle, posture, diet and exercise training I can learn to do myself for little or no cost. My shitty insurance might cover a few physical therapy appointments. And I have a friend who just offered to teach me #TaiChi

#Tea drinking in #China has thousands of years of tradition behind it. A multitude of types, regional variants, methods of preparation, connoisseurs, a whole gongfu about making and serving it.
Tea was ordered with the meal.
It arrived.
Perhaps the venerable tradition had expectations build up unobserved?
