An updated agreement in 2012 clarified that these funds had to be "new and additional", i.e. not simply a rebranding of existing <a href="https://todon.eu/tags/ForeignAid" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">#<span>ForeignAid</span></a>. Pour sortir des combustibles fossiles, pour produire efficacement de l'énergie propre pour tous, pour autoriser un futur vivable aux enfants de ce monde, les décennies à venir seront celles des bâtisseurs.</p><p>Passer maintenant des discours aux actes ne sera pas la partie la plus facile.
