DouglasI've got a phone screen today for an internal department-level leadership position. The institution is small enough that it makes for an interesting situation where nothing is confidential. Another challenge is the group the position is with may soon be targeted for elimination. Lots of risk with this position and the risks keep increasing. A huge advantage with Swedish highspeed trains (especially compared to Germany): you are only allowed to enter with a seat reservation. For 1st class passangers coffee, water and fruit are included, all others can either shop at the station's shop before departure or visit the bistro onboard.
