Germany orders 17 IRIS-T air defense systems for Ukraine

17 new units will be sent to #Ukraine on top of the seven other systems that have already been delivered. Ukraine can expect to receive four more IRIS-T systems of different ranges by the end of 2024, government spokesperson Wolfgang Buchner said in August.

Iranian military sources reporting that Iranian military and IRGC have deployed several Nour (renamed from Khordad-15) with ComandCintril 2031-1 domestic designed and produced air defense system each capable of carry 10 SAMs and launch 8 simultaneously against 4 targets.

This is the first large scale use of the Iranian copy of Russian S-200 air defense system with an upgraded electronic command center and anti jam radar units (IRGC claims).

The units are all parts of the largest military exercise planned to be happening tomorrow or the next day.
