Die internationalen Menschenrechtsorganisationen Human Rights Watch, Freedom For Eurasia und Norwegisches Helsinki Komitee weisen auf die drohende Abschiebung des tadschikischen Oppositionellen Dilmurod Ergashev nach Tadschikistan hin, dem dort aufgrund seiner Zugehörigkeit und Aktivität für die in Tadschikistan verbotene oppositionelle „Gruppe 24“ die Gefahr von Inhaftierung und Folter drohen könnte. Die Organisationen fordern den sofortigen Stopp der geplanten Abschiebung. Der Kreis Kleve ist für diese Abschiebung verantwortlich. Das Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge verweigert bisher einen Schutzstatus. Ergashev, der seit 2011 in Deutschland lebt, wurde vor einer Woche durch die Behörden festgenommen und nach richterlichem Beschluss im Abschiebegefängnis Büren inhaftiert.
