Josh McKinnonHad to make an emergency stop behind the two trucks stopped on the GWH just as I pulled onto the highway east of Leura this morning. 2 vehicles crashed into each other about 30 seconds earlier.As I was waiting for an hour or so, I noticed a lot of oil on the wet road. Strange, as it was about fair way back from where the vehicles landed.It turns out a truck had just crashed 300m west, at the underpass, and poured diesel on the highway - I can see now where that happened (second photo). These vehicles had hit the oil slick on a curve, and spun. Would have been me if I arrived a minute earlier.Highway is going to be closed overnight as they resurface the road! <a href="https://aus.social/tags/bluemountains" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#bluemountains</a>
