Älex<p>Das Brot von heute. </p><p>Selten bin ich so stolz auf ein Brot gewesen. Ich war an mehreren Stellen fast sicher dass ich es verkackt habe, habe den extrem weichen Teig verflucht (vermutlich Roggen und Dinkel durcheinander gebracht) und habe es trotzdem durchgezogen (<a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/ADHS" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>ADHS</span></a>).
