Today's expedition was to buy some second hand plastic drums. They're surprisingly cheap, watertight and can be taped to make them airtight, and awesome for storing bulk food in. Also prettylightweight, so while that load looks big it's under 100kg.

There's one in the bin on the bike but when I tried a couple on top it got hard to see they were hard to secure so I lashed them to the trailer instead.

Mit der Berichterstattung ueber Mikroplastik und mehreren Dokus von #ARTE ueber Kunststoffe und Muell, ist mir bewusst(er) geworden, wie viel Kunststoffmuell bei uns anfaellt.
Da der Recyclinghof Wertstoff kostenlos annimmt, habe ich unseren (2 Menschen) Plastikmuell 3 Monate gesammelt.

Wie viel das dann am Ende gewesen ist kann man auf dem Bild sehen.
