On the one hand, I generally find Diversity Equity Inclusion in the workplace offensive, as it's presented as the company taking care of me while its primary purpose is to protect the company from lawsuits. On the other hand, states in the U.S. pushing to ban D.E.I. feels very... fascist. Like, they're not allowed to be equitable in a genuine or phony fashion?
