cobalt<p>Am utterly entranced by my first tech device I am literally playing with. There are features I didn’t expect that are quite pleasant. Got a new Apple iPad 11 on the Memorial Day sale—$299 +Apple Care 2 years $368. It had been years, maybe 9, since I touched an iPad as part of my job then. The works inside this one are like an iPhone 15. Didn’t expect the camera and magnifier to be so good. Didn’t know the graphics scale up great from what I am used to on an iPhone. And yes, I am playing Clockmaker on the new big screen with a new appreciation of the artistry in it. Photo is using the quick magnifier view on my desktop system, foreground shows mouse mat/playmat with the Michael Whelan art. Keypad and set of 4 fave Flesh and Blood cards, Last Ditch Effort. It was designed by James White, who had previously played&nbsp;<br>Magic: The Gathering&nbsp;professionally. The game is based on elements of&nbsp;fantasy&nbsp;and, to some extent,&nbsp;science fiction. The name of the game is derived from the phrase "flesh and blood", meaning that the game was designed to be played in person instead of as an&nbsp;online game.</p><p>In November 2022, the company organized the first Flesh and Blood World Championships in&nbsp;San Jose, California, with a prize pool of $300,000. He was able to attend the first world championships in 2022. “Last Ditch Effort” is a card for the warrior heroine named Dorinthea. These are from 2019 and 2020, standard and foil cards. She has full battle armor and if there are no more cards in your deck, you can play this one for 4 more lives and go again. Seems like a great champion for me and my endless quests which have served me and my family well over the years.</p><p>PS. FAB was the way my son got thru the first Covid years in the US. He surprised me with this set in 2021. He gave me the Whelan playmat in 2022. Have had enough of the changes made to that platform. I don't give a damn about the number of likes, or impressions I receive. I'm tired of adverts interwoven in the stream of posts.
