Interestingly, while I did find lots of articles and stuff about this connection, I didn’t not find anything about this folder tab label.
Either it’s widely unknown, or I’m like Christopher Columbus in this discovery.

I’m watching X-Files. Tiny scene when Mulder is flipping through a file cabinet. I see this as the scene changes.
“Did I just see what I think I saw?” I rewind, pause, and…bam! It’s blurry, but it’s def “Foo Fighters.”
I look it up. In WWII this is what they called UFOs. Yeah. X-Files, Foo Fighters…
