trees and #grass have just been greening, this rain is really going to move things along, we'll be very green soon-- the dandelions in this rock bed seen through the window (main post) were already doing very nicely 😆

We have a huge garden. Not complaining. I love it. The first mow of the season. The grass was very long, should have been cut sooner - it’s a long story, not enough space to explain here. Mower conked out. Managed to blow a circuit, but emerged with fingers and toes intact.

✨ Exciting updates from GRASS! 🌾

Good morning. 😴⏰☕

17 April 2025

Coffee, anyone? Morning rituals are sacred, and making coffee tops my list right after waking up. I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one. It’s a habit, though not necessarily a neurologic one—or maybe it is, now that I’ve looked up the definition! What I meant to say is that it’s not really an addictive habit. If coffee isn’t an option, I just go about my day—albeit stumbling into walls and tripping over dogs. Coffee is supposed to be an eye-opener, and it definitely earns that title, considering I have to open my eyes just enough to ensure the cup’s lip meets my lips. I usually savor my first cup while greeting you with a cheerful “Good morning!” And now? It’s time for round two.

Three out of the four yards we normally mow each time have now been fully mowed and weedeated for the first time this season.

The fourth one isn't tall enough as that neighbor wants his to grow a bit taller each time before mowing.

Glad to have that done and to be back inside where it's nice and cool so I can rest and relax for the rest of the day before the work week starts again tomorrow.
