Can such technology be used on Mars from now on? #InSight would still be alive had it been equipped with such a dust shield.

"NASA’s Electrodynamic Dust Shield (EDS) successfully demonstrated its ability to remove regolith, or lunar dust and dirt, from its various surfaces on the Moon during Firefly Aerospace’s Blue Ghost Mission 1, which concluded on March 16."

Solving our problems with material and technology is like covering up the weeds of the mind. It helps take the edge off and buys time.

Next is solving problems by calming and managing suffering and stress. It helps us get to a better mental space, quickly. This is like trimming the weeds.

Finally there is the practice of looking within, developing insight and improving our skill of seeing ourselves more clearly. This is uprooting the weeds once and for all.

It just occurred to me that when someone asks for information that you could easily find online:

  1. they're not asking for the information, and
  2. it's not easy to find things online

Let me explain, Tarantino-style.

  1. People often say "G00gle it!" because if they found it that way, then so could you. This is actually a poor assumption. Not only do search engines vary results based on location and other factors, more importantly, the person who you are saying "Juugull EET!" to IS NOT YOU.

As an individual who is particularly skilled and experienced in technical matters, not only do I know the right search terms to find a thing online, I also (and this is crucial and leads to point number 1) know what I'm looking for.

  1. People don't want just any information. They want information that is:

• credible,
• vetted,
• trustworthy,
• reliable, and
safe

With all the information and misinformation online, all the scams, and hacks, and frauds, it seems like everyone is out to make a buck off you, legally, or not. With my tech experience, it is trivial to spot scams and know good information from bad. However, the training and experience I have wasn't easy and came after years of study and exposure. Not many have it.

People don't want information. They want assistance that is trustworthy, safe, and reliable. Those of us with tech skills might remember that the next time they go to tell someone to "Yoogl It".

Things that are simple to some, are mountainous to others.

Have you ever noticed that memories have a texture to them? A quality that can be felt to judge how old the memory is, how deeply or long-held that memory or belief or concept is within your mind?

It is this texture that in dreams is manipulated by the subconscious to make the conscious believe not only the legitimacy of the dream, but really feel the truth of its history also.

For in a dream, you can have the sensation of having "always known" a thing, or that a fictional event happened "many years ago" despite dreams only occurring within instants in our minds.
