3. Feeling the benefits of getting back into a daily yoga/somatics practice. It's definitely easier to let go when I realise my muscles are tensed, and it's easier to notice they are tense in the first place!

It made me very happy last night to come home from a quick shopping trip and tell my partner that I'd picked up a little hoe in the hardware store.

Second driving "lesson" on a #unicycle today
Nothing hurt so far. Curious when I'll be able to cycle myself.

Interesting part is always with learning new skills that involve movement: being totally in the very moment. Feeling progress pretty quickly.
