Adding a custom font to a macOS app works a bit differently than on iOS, and it’s not particularly well documented. I wrote up the steps that worked for me, both as a reference for myself and in case it helps other developers looking to use a custom font in their Mac apps: nilcoalescing.com/blog/Embeddi

Big Cork news: You can now buy Cork through the website, corkmac.app, without having to go through GitHub Sponsors! No need for any accounts at all :)

To celebrate this huge milestone, Cork is now 50% off if you buy it through the website! Just use the code IAMFROMMASTODON to get your discount. This code is valid until the end of November.

Of course, you'll always be able to buy it from GitHub as well.

It's been a while since I posted about @tootsdk - maybe it's worth the #introduction!

#TootSDK 📣 is a cross-platform Swift library that can give you a head start when building apps for Mastodon and the fediverse in general. Works on desktop, mobile and server-side.

@davidgarywood and I created it with the goal of helping folks build all kinds of fun experiences that work with your favourite fedi instance. When we first moved from the other place, Dave set up a Mastodon instance for himself while I picked a Pleroma instance, and so we continually try to keep things working for both of us.

In any case, feel free to check it out and as always, your thoughts / comments / issues and PRs are always welcome :blobcathearthug:
