It doesn't "trickle down".<br>To fix the "resource allocation" problem, the tool is money. The problem as I see it is how the government spends that money (and yes, how it creates it in fiscally sovereign economies like ours). The government can't just redirect resources like in feudal times.</p>

The Quantitative Easing approach is a good illustration. Before the 70's governments invested directly eg; building the Trans Canada Highway and St. Laurence Seaway here in Canada. MMTers would agree with this (as well as taxing back what they're spending into the economy).</p>

In früheren Jahren gab es die staatliche Post und die hatte auch die Aufgabe, Telefonleitungen zu verlegen.
ZB wurde selbstverständlich in jedem Neubaugebiet neben Gas/Wasser/Strom auch Telefonkabel verlegt.
Dank neoliberaler Politik haben wir die schlechteste Digitalversorgung mit eben der teilweisen doppelten bzw 0-Digitalversorgung.
