Das<p>These tabasco 🌶️ snipped a couple of weeks ago - poked and in a spiced vinegar brine - just a bit of mustard seeds and a garlic clove added, have turned out fantastic! We caught a ton of northern pike over the summer, and I still had some meat frozen in our freezer, so we took a crack at pickled pike, and it was a great call.
