OMG! After wearing my new #pyjamas for almost a week, I just recognised it: they have bags on the side! I don't know if I EVER had pyjamas with anything else than a stupid bag at the front of the top part

@donkeyherder @scottsews @sewing@chirp.social @sewing@a.gup.pe Well, in case it helps for next time, I thought I’d dig up photos for you — these are the very first #pyjamas I made for my wife back in 2019. 
The elastic in the waistband was (crudely) attached with a domestic serger, but everything else was either a flat-felled or French seam. Most importantly, you can see that the pocket opening required French seams in order to make felling below the pocket possible… #sewing
