Tate was indicted in June along with his brother Tristan and two Romanian citizens on charges of human trafficking, rape and forming a criminal gang to sexually exploit women – allegations they have denied.

First introduced in 2022, the #KidsOnlineSafetyAct, or #KOSA, would impose sweeping new obligations on an array of #digital #platforms, including requiring that companies “exercise reasonable care” to prevent their products from endangering kids.
